3 dl (about 1 to 1 1/2 cups) milk or orange juice 3 to 5 tablespoons cardamom 1/2 to 1 dl (less than 1/2 cup) sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 7 dl (about 3 cups) wheat flour 11 g (about 38 oz, can use less) dry yeast 5-6 tablespoons rapeseed oil 1 egg (optional, but suggested)
Combine warmed milk or orange juice with sugar, salt, cardamom and egg.
Combine wheat flour and dry yeast.
